- Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows for sales team to promote across target locations.
- Collaborate with direct sales team to identify ideal locations and audiences for maximum impacts.
- Provide personal and high-end net worth banking and customer services to the senior management and expatriate for the key person corporate clients.
- Negotiate with vendors; implement POSM, manage logistics at roadshow locations.
- Monitor roadshow performance.
- Initiate solutions and ideas & provide feedback to optimize roadshow channel.
- Utilize digital tools, partnership, and events to identify new lead opportunities.
- Establish and maintain the strong relationship with clients to expand outreach opportunities for sales team approach target-customers.
- Build the relationship with the internal stakeholders and external business partners to leverage on business opportunity.
- Engagement, perform roadshow training sessions for sales team & work closely with sales managers and team leaders to align roadshow and lead generation goals with overall sales objectives.
- Manage to work with 3-4 sales teams closely for roadshow deployment.
- Resolve clients and corporate level complaints/ issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing/internal stakeholders to implement lead generation strategies to support telesales team.
- Plan and monitor roadshow success metrics aligned with KPI assigned by business and expense aligned with assigned budget.
- Manage budgets for roadshows and lead generation activities, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing, business administration, or related field
- 3-4 years of banking experience or others related to sales and services.
- Excellent in building relationships with internal stakeholder and external partners.
- Excellent communication and present ideas, concepts, explain products and services.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Good written and communication in English.
- Responsible, open- minded, creative, team-works, enthusiastic.
- Good knowledge in banking/ finance is preferable.
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
