- Implement the strategy of developing Insurance products in each period, targeting the Company's target customers, creating and maintaining a pioneering position in the market for Insurance products.
- Presiding over the construction, development and improvement of the department's products; coordinate with relevant departments of the Company to deploy Insurance products to meet customer needs, ensure legality, optimize accounting and tax.
- Presiding over building the process and operating system of Insurance products together with related departments of the Company.
- Lead the management and control of financial products throughout the product's life cycle.
- Product strategy: Together with the Company's Senior Director, develop strategies and plans of the product segment under his/her charge, meeting the business goals and strategies of the company.
- Business plan:
- Develop business plans for Insurance products, specific business programs suitable to the actual situation and maximize financial efficiency.
- Assign, coordinate and control the implementation of the business plan built.
- Directly lead, plan, assign, coordinate, supervise and control the implementation of the assigned work plan of the division they oversee according to the operation orientation of the Company to achieve the targets, specifically:
- Building and developing products: building, designing product structure, pricing policy, making financial models for each product; coordinate with the Legal Department to develop a set of contracts; coordinate with relevant departments in the Retail and Corporate Division to deploy the built Insurance products.
- Coordinate with departments in the Retail and Corporate Banking division to preside over the development of sales process and product operation process.
- Product management and improvement: Managing insurance products in the product life cycle, continuously improving insurance products to meet customer needs and business requirements.
- Understand customer needs: Analyze data and understand customer needs to get ideas to build and improve products.
- Research domestic and foreign products to understand competitor markets and world trends, thereby making appropriate product development plans.
- Work with related units of its ecosystem to develop a product distribution plan.
- Together with the Company's Director, evaluate and decide to handle daily arising problems for their operations in the course of trading financial investment products to ensure the continuity of operations, and resolve them efficient entanglements and ensure business profits.
- Develop policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on the professional field they are in charge of.
- When authorized, participate in projects of the Company and other Divisions to support professional financial investment products for specific and specialized programs and customers.
- Maintain close relationship with relevant departments of the Company, relevant departments of mother bank, external partners during product development.
- Participating in management to ensure that the activities of the functional segment comply with policies, regulations, processes, internal guidelines, and service quality commitments (SLAs).
- Perform other tasks at the request of the leader.
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of their function.
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team.
- Establish and communicate function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line.
- Manage function performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle).
- Define team's capability requirements and enable team member's professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members' contributions towards the team's shared goals.
- Identify and monitor personal, professional development and career advancement of talents in Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function level.
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.
- Having a master's degree or higher in business, investment, economics, banking and finance, or having professional certificates such as CFA, CPA/ACCA/CA is an advantage.
- 14+ years of experience in related fields such as fund management, investment banking, equity investing, Management experience: 10 years or more of experience in management and administration.
- Business English standard proficiency as required for the role.
- Having in-depth knowledge of market analysis, industry analysis, corporate financial analysis.
