Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

• Demonstrate the ability to independently complete tasks and establish priorities.
• Supervise and prioritize tasks for others as necessary.
• Lead a small project team effectively.
• Deliver persuasive and impactful presentations.
• Facilitate meetings with project team members efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a thorough understanding of current business processes and future client expectations.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the application to advise clients on maximizing standard solution capabilities.
• Communicate with the development team to design and test requirements according to specifications.
• Configure the solution and conduct functional testing to align with client's business requirements and confirmed solution design.
• Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users, obtaining necessary signoffs.
• Coordinate with users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain signoffs.
• Provide support during Go-live and Month-end closing for assigned functional areas, securing signoffs from clients.
• Document all essential materials following the implementation methodology.
• Establish a knowledge base for relevant solution matters to facilitate knowledge sharing and reference.
• Explore and acquire new skills, and actively engage in internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree from a university, with a major in BIS (Business Information System), Financial, and/or SCM.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly in financial and/or SCM modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle project implementation.
• Experience in Project Management Accounting, Cost accounting, Expense, Assets Management, and/or HR and Payroll modules is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English at a working level.
• Possession of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations certification is a plus.
• Presentation and communication skills are desirable.
