Assist with recruiting responsibilities such as applicant profile creation, and system tracking.
Conduct research to locate information such as candidate profiles or contact information for clients.
Other administrative duties include format CVs, draft contracts, support meeting minutes.
Market research and job mapping.
Work under the direction of the Team Leader or Manager.

Experience requirements

Senior/Fresh graduates who can commit to working full time
Pro-active and proficient in written and spoken English
Have staffing mindset and be flexible for Blue Collar project also
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and result-oriented
High sense of service and business acumen
Adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
Familiar with MS Office and social network

Education requirements

Junior or Senior student is recommended.
Excellent in both speaking and writing of English, good English is a plus.
Dedicated to furthering your career as a recruiter, having been in HR-related clubs is a plus.
