  • Developing and implementing technology road map
  • Collaboratively working with project stream and talent stream for technical issues
  • Partnering with development functions for demand-supply management
  • Enable associates to find work aligned to the skills
  • Well-nourished and well-orchestrated talent management and development
  • Effective risk management in technical complexity and volatility
  • Increase of engineering efficiency
  • Availability of the right technical associates at the right time for the right projects
QualificationsMust Have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong leadership and organizational development skills.
  • Proven experience in the embedded systems field and in managing teams of 50+ members.
  • Solid understanding of software requirements and the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in V-Model and Agile methodologies for effective project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor individuals, and support both technical and personal development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments and multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the automotive embedded systems field.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification(s) preferred.
