A F&B Account Manager is responsible for growing sale and for servicing customers in a designated area & assigned customer. The F&B Account Manager's success is evaluated not only on the achievement of monthly sales target & budget, but also on the ability to develop his/her associates & provide each customer with prompt, reliable, & personal service.
  • Effectively maintain & service an already-developed customer base within a specifically assigned area in the F&B industry.
  • Creatively prospect for new accounts & develop new customers in the area.
  • Perform basic technical activities & testing of company' system(s) at the customer sites.
  • Accurately gather customer's requirements & changes - effectively interpret, manage, & fulfill them to the customer's highest satisfaction possible.
  • Provide basic technical presentations & training for customers & distributor(s).
  • Work with Corporate Accounts team for the development and implementation of company' strategies and initiatives.
  • Consistently meet &and/or exceed monthly sales/profitability target through ethical and sound business practices.
  • Comply with the company's requirements on sales calls, customer visits, reporting frequency/details.
  • Promote safe work practices.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance & maintain a positive team environment.
  • Co-work with and support associates' success by providing tools, resources, & coaching and/or sharing business information and plan to the team

  • BS/BA degree in food or agricultural sciences, food engineering, chemistry, biology or related fields.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in working with food, beverage, brewery or dairy industries. For those who have sale experience (especially for seafood, meat, vegetable) are preferable.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to work independently and set own schedule.
  • Proven leadership track record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand what the customer needs.
  • Analytic ability to effectively identify and resolve problems independently.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet).
  • Good command of English
