
Lead Agent/ Supervisor - Order Management Operations, South Asia

- Support the preparation of Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.
- Manage the integrity of shipment and performance data across multiple district
- Coach and train District Operations teams on the Named Account SOP.
- Handle tactical communications with the customer as needed.
- Monitor performance against agreed KPIs with the customer.
- Assist in generating system reports for clients to ensure freight visibility, delivered timely and accurately according to client requirements.
- Use reports and dashboards to manage and communicate exceptions to operations and account managers across the network.
- Maintain rates, SOPs, and contact details in the GAM Suite.
- Support the approval process for new rates and lanes.
- Assist in the billing monitoring and accounts receivable process.
- Contribute to the preparation of RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, quotes, and value proposition proposals.
- Support activities related to managing and improving EDI data interchange with the customer.
- Assist in collecting and distributing Named account volume forecast and market updates.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as required to enable the strategic development of the account.
- Dotted line reporting to Director - Order Management, South Asia
- Directly reporting to OM Manager/Supervisor - District (SGN)
- Must possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Order Management operations.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Must have basic communication skills and emotional intelligence to represent the company professionally and competently at all times.
