- Responds to villa owner needs, ensuring that administrative and technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.- Ensures periodic regular villa inspection. Recommends and/or approves alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for and supervises vendor services as required.- Acts as primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives as being met. Prepares and delivers timely, accurate and complete reports.- To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned tasks to the standard set, which is reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.- Develops and controls annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances.- Prepares all required legal notices. Recommends and coordinates legal action as necessary.- To handle villa owner enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report complaints or problems to higher management level if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with villa owner- To implement a flexible scheduling based on business patterns.- To assist the Front Office Manager in efficiently managing the department according to the established concept statement providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Fusion's Standards.- Performs other duties as assigned.Quyền lợi được hưởng- Working in professional environment- 5 days working in a week, 2 days off/week- Competitive Salary- Full Salary in probation time- Full social insurance after probaiton- other benefits and allowances of Fusion policyYêu cầu công việc- Bachelor's degree of related professions.- A minimum of 4 years of experience in building/villa management or related professions.- Be impartial, progressive, highly responsible, aware of service, withstand high pressures.- Excellent command of the English language, additional language is preferred.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.- Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
