- Language: Good English (must-have), ability to use 2nd foreign language will be a big plus (Korean / Chinese / Japanese)

- Overall Role Purpose:
- Responsible for revenue generation from a geographically assigned sales territory or business portfolio by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities.
- Reports to: Area Sales Manager
- Customer Management
- Handle a portfolio of clients through face-to-face visits.
- Act as the main contact for customer issues and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related concerns.
- Sales Operations
- Develop and execute annual customer call cycles.
- Report weekly and monthly sales productivity.
- Maintain performance scorecards for top accounts.
- Ensure pricing aligns with company guidelines.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
- Influence internal processes to improve customer experience.
- Information & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and take action.
