Company and Job OverviewJAC's client is newly established factory based in Ho Nai, Dong Nai.Job ResponsibilitiesCustoms transactions & Compliance management:Monitor and process import/export activitiesEnsure customs declarations are completed accurately and on timeApply VN customs laws and maintain high compliance across all operationsTranslate and manage customs-related master dataBrokers & Invoicing management:Coordinate with brokers on product classification & clearance processesTrack broker performance, support implementation, and validate invoicingEnsure timely payment processing and system updates for customs feesBOM Modifications & Data Support:Support BOM changes and communicate with authorities when neededMaintain and update customs-relevant data for product and material recordsAssist with licenses, quotas, and other trade-related authorizationsAudit & Regulatory Support:Maintain GTS audit trails and prepare for internal/external auditsAssist in regression testing, master data alignment, and system enhancementsProvide guidance and answer customs-related questions from internal users in VietnamJob RequirementsDegree in International trade, business or related3-5 years' experience in import/export - preferably in Manufacturing companies
