- Work under a recruitment team to support recruitment process include sourcing and contact candidates, conducting interviews;
- Maintain updated and accurate database of company;
- Manage office equipment including telephone system throughout the company and other office equipment (desks, chairs, air conditioners, printers ...);
- Clerical work (seal management, stationery ...);
- Answer / transfer phone;
- Arrange the meeting room, invite the guest;
- Call to customer to remind and collect debt;
- Posting and searching CV on the website;
- Issue invoices, debt collection and manage expenses, etc...
- Make financial reports, sales reports;
- Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
- Priority for senior students or fresh graduate, major in HR, Economic or related majors;
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email;
- Patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible;
- Can work part time or full-time during the 3-month internship.
- Be trained from A to Z;
- Allowance;
- Have opportunity to become official staff after 3 months;
- Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 17:30;
- Work location: Hoang Viet St., Ward 4, Tan Binh.
