Develop system of HR indicators and management reportsSuccess Profile - Qualification and Experiences- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology and Development or related disciplines
- Professional certification from CIPD, SHRM, ATD and other reputable human resources organizations is preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in Performance Management, Organization Design or Change Management
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, technology/ fintech start-ups is preferred
- Experienced in instructional design methodology, change management frameworks and organization design methodologies
- Experienced with talent management and employee engagement survey systems
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
