- Policy Implementation Develop HR strategies in line with local HR guidelines, identify areas for improvement such as organizational structure and job grading, and initiate projects to enhance career development, employee wellbeing, and the working environment;
- HRIS and Reporting Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and generate comprehensive reports for management to make informed decisions regarding staffing, attrition, overtime, and more.
- HR Business Partnering experience is a strong plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong understanding of Vietnam labors and best practices;
- Experience in data analysis;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Ability to work night shifts when required as our service is 24/7.
- Experience in event organization is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in manufacturing or BPO companies, or who have extensive experience in handling labor relations.
