Senior Credit Partnership - Business Development, SeaMoney

• Engage partnership discussions for new credit products and features
• Lead projects focusing on campaigns and customer acquisition - Identify functional, regulatory and technical gaps against business requirements, and initiate projects to achieve desired results
• Support relevant products and featuring launches (SIT, UAT, Pilot, Soft and Public Launching)
• Working with various regional and local functional stakeholders such as business development, user management, operations, finance, and legal teams to monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of existing lending products
• Initial growth strategy, also a business target for those Credit service
• Facilitate partnership onboarding and contract signing process
• Take the lead in competitor research, strategy design, document translation, and other ad hoc projects as required
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager & Management team

• Bachelor's degree with more than 04 years of work experience in the same role
• Project management experience in Internet/E-commerce, FinTech, or Financial Services industry
• Prior experience working in Digital Product/ Marketing/ PMO, and prior experience related to the lending industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and strong bias for action
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good team player, a positive attitude with a can-do attitude
• A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented
• Fintech/Credit/E-commerce companies are a plus
