- Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver thought leadership content (e.g., presentations, articles, webinars) to position the company as an industry expert and attract potential customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery and Expert teams to ensure smooth project execution, address customer needs, and provide exceptional service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Process Improvement: Continuously refine sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree, preferably with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software or technology sales.
- Proven track record in selling Enterprise Software Solutions (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.) or Manufacturing Automation Solutions (MES, ESG, Industrial IoT, etc.)
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the software industry and the Vietnamese market
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese

- Experience in selling enterprise software solutions to large corporations.
- A strong network of relationships within the Vietnamese business community
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling thought leadership content.
