Key Responsibilities:Design, configure and support and configure SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder's requirements.Provide guidance of best practices to users and team.Business requirement gathering and ability to identify areas of improvement or gaps.Define project plan and implementation strategy.Conduct end user training and support.Documentation and development of user guide.Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate requirements.Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts to assigned modules.Develop best practice, processes, and standards.Design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for organization.Requirements:

Project Management experience in managing SuccessFactors projects, in at least 3 implementations.
Experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance/Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession, IDP in at least 3 implementations.

End user requirement gathering & stakeholder management.Minimum years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors: 3 years PLUSUniversity graduateFluent EnglishReport to: HR Technology based in Singapore@allKey Reqs:

Minimum years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors: 3 years PLUS
Fluent English

Mon to Fri (08:00-17:00)2 interviews:
(1) Via Teams - background/basic skills
(2) Physical - 45 minutes physical interview. We will ask candidate to share his/her relevant SAP SF
implementation and support experience
