Key responsibility
1.The primary responsibility is collaborate with every department on recruitment and talent selection.
2.This role involves interacting not only with internal management but also with external professional
agencies such as headhunter , labor agencies and other outsourcing development.
3.Other responsibilities may include participating in internal rotation programs and manpower adjustment
plans.
Educational background Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
Experience
1. At least 5 years management of relevant experience in either in-house or in a staffing agency
environment.
2.A sourcing master in your ability to identify where the talent lives.
3.Resilience and a result-oriented mindset
4.Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
5.Preferably In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Skill
1.Good negotiation, communication skills in English or Chinese
2.Coach and support junior recruiters through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices.
3.Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve.
