Job PurposeThe PMC Manager is a critical role responsible for managing end-to-end production planning and control. This position ensures efficient production flow, capacity planning, and delivery performance during factory setup and scale-up.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Production Planning & Control (PMC) activities.
  • Develop and control master production plans, capacity plans, and material planning.
  • Closely monitor production schedules, output, and delivery commitments.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish and optimize PMC processes suitable for a new factory and future 3-shift operations.
  • Ensure production plans align with sales demand, inventory targets, and resource availability.
  • Prepare and report key production KPIs to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Chinese language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and production logic.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience in PMC / production planning in manufacturing environments.
  • Willing to undergo several months of training in China.
  • Willing to work full-time in Nam Dinh.
  • Experience in factory start-up or expansion is a strong plus.
