CEO Trainee Program

• Support the CEO in developing and implementing strategic growth projects.

• Deeply understand business processes and each department assigned by the CEO (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).

• Research ways to increase the profitability & effectiveness of certain functions and/or projects.

• Help CEO in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data, providing recommendations).

• Participate in company strategic planning.

• Keep track of business results for special projects.

• Create and give executive reports.

• Acting as an effective and reliable assistant to the CEO.

• Graduated from a reputable university (Eg: Harvard University; Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Stanford University; University of Oxford; University of California, Berkeley, and similar) OR recently completed an MBA program (INSEAD, London Business School, Stanford, Booth School of Business).
• At least 3 years experience in management consulting and/or successful implementation of strategic projects in relevant business areas (e.g., Commercial, Business Intelligence, Finance Business Partnering, etc.) in Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Healthcare industries.
• Preference for candidates with a background in leading business consulting firms in Vietnam (such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Company, Kearney).
• Fluent in English (reading, listening, writing, speaking).

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills, effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, a results-driven approach, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• Vietnamese citizenship is preferred.
