What you'll do:
As a Premium Relationship Manager, you will play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing our client's reputation for excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of premium clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored advice. Your ability to build strong interpersonal connections will be key as you expand your network of clients. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that our premium clients receive the best possible service.
  • Manage, care for, and develop a portfolio of premium clients
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the client portfolio
  • Build a network of clients, expanding relationships from existing client files to explore potential customers.
  • Extract information, analyse and evaluate products/services used by clients to fully understand their financial needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to advise on products for premium clients
  • Record & respond to customer feedback on products and services, proposing solutions to enhance service quality for premium customers
What you bring:
The ideal Premium Relationship Manager brings a wealth of experience in managing premium or VIP customers. She has a deep understanding of customer behaviour and can skilfully analyse their needs. Her knowledge of investment products gives her an edge in providing comprehensive financial advice. Despite high job pressures, she remains committed and enthusiastic, demonstrating her ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • At least two to three years' experience in managing premium or VIP customers
  • A degree in Finance, Foreign Trade, Economics or related fields is preferred
  • Experience in managing a client portfolio
  • Understanding of customer behaviour and ability to analyse customer needs
  • Knowledge of investment products is an advantage
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle high job pressure
