- Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights, develop reports and dashboards for KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to enhance customer experiences.
- Strategy Development: Implement data management strategies aligned with company goals, collaborate on data projects.
- Compliance: Ensure data practices comply with regulations.
- Data Quality: Implement standards, resolve issues, perform audits, cleanse and enrich data.
- Innovation: Adopt AI technologies for data integrity and usability.
- Cross-functional Support: Establish relationships, share insights, complete special projects.
- Education: Bachelors degree in data science, Business Analytics, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in data management/analytics, 2+ years in leadership.
- Analytical: Strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Leadership: Proven team management and mentoring skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting data findings.
- Problem-Solving: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Technical: Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft, CRM systems, data analysis tools, and understanding of corporate hierarchies.
