Accountabilities: The Customer Data Manager (CDM) leads a team to collect, manage, and analyze customer data, creating a unified view for personalized experiences. The CDM champions the core principles of the Data Management Office, playing a key role in making data a strategic asset.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train data coordinators/analysts, set goals, and track progress.
  • Data Collection: Oversee customer data collection, ensure quality and integrity, manage Salesforce CRM requests.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights, develop reports and dashboards for KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to enhance customer experiences.
  • Strategy Development: Implement data management strategies aligned with company goals, collaborate on data projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure data practices comply with regulations.
  • Data Quality: Implement standards, resolve issues, perform audits, cleanse and enrich data.
  • Innovation: Adopt AI technologies for data integrity and usability.
  • Cross-functional Support: Establish relationships, share insights, complete special projects.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in data science, Business Analytics, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in data management/analytics, 2+ years in leadership.
Skills and Experience:
  • Analytical: Strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Leadership: Proven team management and mentoring skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting data findings.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft, CRM systems, data analysis tools, and understanding of corporate hierarchies.
Physical Demands: Typical office environment with extended periods of computer use.Additional Information:Full-time hybrid role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
