Their clients include top-tier hotels, international and local restaurants and café chains, cloud kitchens, and commercial food operators.The RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or CRM system
  • Deliver scripted sales pitches and product information in a persuasive manner
  • Answer customer questions and address objections effectively
  • Record customer information, reactions, and outcomes of calls accurately
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to convert prospects
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets or lead quotas
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
  • Handle complaints or escalate calls to the appropriate department when needed
  • Update customer records in the database and ensure confidentiality
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the Retail and Hospitality industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
