GS] HR Service Officer - Expatriate Management

- Info Trip arrangement such as logistics booking, health check-up, etc.. for expats
- Working with Immigration department directly (if any) and 3rd party to ensure in-time immigration process is completed (working permit, visa, temporary residence card...)
- Filling and manage all Expatriate data in hard copy and e-filling in the system
- Process monthly payment for all company expenses related to expat
- Working directly with vendor to arrange for housing, schooling, transportation, training, shipment...
- Enhance daily interaction, customer-orientation and value-added relationship with customer (expat associate) and
- Provide relevant inputs and feedback for potential improvement in areas needed
- Organizer for Team activities, workshop, meeting
- Back-up support to other HR Shared Service team members or other duties as assigned
- At least 01 year working experience in HR, Administration or Expat management related topics
- Hand-on experience in handling expat topics (immigration, housing, schooling and other expenses...)
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Vietnamese Mother tongue a must
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point, Words
- Good master of data and paying attention to details to ensure data correctionSpecial Skills:
