- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in Singapore to promote our HR Platform.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Schedule product demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales pipeline.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers in Singapore.

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in IT or SaaS products.
- Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset ( 30 calls per day and 1 appointment perday )
- Familiarity with the Singapore market is a strong advantage.
- Able to work remotely with high self-discipline and motivation.
- Knowledge or experience in HR platforms is a plus.
- English speaking is mandatory
