You will have the chance to join the technical team of our remote partner, pair programming, and onsite development. Our Project Development process follows the Scrum methodology.Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Node.js and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 4 years of software development

Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and related concepts.
Experience with modern web development frameworks/libraries such as Express.js, Nest.js, or similar.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and proficiency in writing efficient database queries.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices or other Cloud technologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
