Job Description - Research, analyze project FS (Feasibility study), evaluate investment opportunities, research market and research projects, analyze investment opportunities by building valuation models. -Analyze the project financial statements (Cash flow, Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet), understanding about IFRS and VAS -Recognize the issue, propose necessary solutions and working with assigned units such as Audit Company, Tax authorities, Valuation company, Bank... - Plan to use capital according to the investment needs and operational needs of the Company. - Monitor, system and periodically report credits. - Analyze differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and interviews with PIC from its partners, effectively prepare revised budget numbers. - Perform other tasks as directed by direct management.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Age: 33 ~ 45 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree (major in finance or accounting) ・Language: English Business Level (both speaking and writing) ・Experience: - 5~10 years of knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, tax as well as budget and actual analysis in Real Estate industry - Knowledge and experience in feasibility study preparation and analysis on real estate development (especially for residentials) - PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Personality / Skills
・Able to communicate smoothly beyond age, nationality, and company affiliation
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Working experience in investment finance, accounting, or audit *Experience at big 4 accounting firms or real estate developer is preferred ・Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas ・Vision Building Skills - Goals and Planning ・Sharp thinking, and ability to establish good relationships with partners, authorities, and customers. ・Leadership, coaching & team development skills. ・Ability to observe, judge & synthesize. ・Team coordination and management skills. ・Risk management & change management skills. ・Fluency in English reading comprehension & communication skills. ・Skills related to cost management and cost operation ・Language: Japanese Business Level
