- Work with clients to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions
- Provide presales support for enterprise solutions (AI, eCommerce, Loyalty)
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and present solutions
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and proposals to stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in presales/consulting for enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of DX (Digital Transformation) and business growth strategies
- Strong business mindset and fast learning ability
- Professional working style with excellent communication & presentation skills
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (especially working with management level)
- Clear career progression to Account Manager / Business Development Manager
- Work on international projects with global clients
- Gain hands-on experience with Cloud, AI, and enterprise solutions
