Key Responsibilities:Project & Site Management:
  • Lead and manage daily site operations, including civil, turbine installation, electrical works, and commissioning phases.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the project schedule, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control progress, resources, and budget at the site level.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols. Team & Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Supervise subcontractors, installation teams, and site technicians.
  • Coordinate between different project stakeholders (client, OEM, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site issues and communication. Planning & Reporting:
  • Develop and manage the site execution plan in line with overall project timelines.
  • Conduct daily and weekly coordination meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Provide regular progress reports, site documentation, and updates to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain accurate site records including inspections, NCRs, permits, and daily logs. Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure all work is carried out per technical drawings, OEM manuals, and applicable regulations.
  • Perform or oversee site inspections and quality checks.
  • Support resolution of technical and quality issues as they arise.
Requirements:Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in wind farm construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Lead on wind or renewable energy projects.
  • Valid GWO certifications, HSE certifications or training (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, SMSTS) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of wind turbine construction processes (civil, mechanical, electrical).
  • Knowledge of HSE legislation and site safety protocols. • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to be based on remote project sites for extended durations.
