- Lead commercial activities across SEA markets with varied cultures and distribution models.
- Drive customer acquisition, develop new projects, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Expand market presence through technical sales, business development, and dealer on boarding.
- Engage closely with end users, key accounts, and distributors to understand needs and gather technical requirements.
- Shape the product portfolio, manage stock levels, and coordinate replenishment processes.
- Deliver technical discussions, presentations, demos, and client education on product applications.
- Execute annual sales and budget plans, manage payments, and support partners while resolving operational issues.
- Provide training, demos, seminars, and support regional marketing activities.
- Align with global leadership, marketing, and operations, and actively participate in sales meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with strong technical skills.
- Paint/coatings knowledge preferred.
- Proven SEA regional sales and business development experience.
- Strong at winning new customers and managing complex sales cycles.
- Solid understanding of SEA markets and cultural nuances.
- Excellent key account, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic, results‑driven, and execution‑focused.
- Frequent regional travel required.
- Good English skills.
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven.
- Practical, hands‑on approach; able to develop the region independently.
- Able to shape the right product portfolio for regional growth.
