Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)Role PurposesThe Senior Associate Divisional Controls is a common point of expertise and provides first line controls, compliance and risk assurance support to management of their aligned business. This role is critical in driving risk and controls awareness and supporting the business stakeholders to meet risk and compliance obligations.This role will be specifically aligned to the Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO) Chief Operating Office (COO). However, assistance may be required in other parts of the T&EO division including Enterprise Technology.A. Main ResponsibilitiesOperational risk, impact assessment and change within the DivisionCompliance obligation monitoring and obligation assessment completion supportAdvising business leaders on the application of the operational risk and compliance management framework to evaluate risks in order to achieve business outcomesEngaging and managing stakeholders to implement and improve business systems and processes through the use/integration of the risk and compliance frameworkWorking with the business to implement systems and controls to manage the requirements of operational risk and compliance policies which apply to the businessRisk profiling: assisting with management and reporting of the relevant risks and supporting metricDesigning controls: assisting to identify the right key controls to mitigate key risks and obligations applicable to the businessSupporting the business to complete compliance obligations assessmentsEngaging the relevant Enterprise Controls communities for expert assistance as appropriateProviding business specific input and context to: Risk deep dive reviews; Internal Audit reviews; Assurance reports; Action plans for ineffective operational controlsSupport the design, maintenance and / or uplift team processes, tools and methodologiesPro-actively identifying, driving and supporting continuous improvement and evolution of other NAB controls assessment processes and toolsetsParticipating in Enterprise Controls Communities of PracticeReporting, analytics and insight productionFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.B. Qualification RequirementsTertiary qualification in a relevant technology/business-related discipline (or equivalent 1st Line of Defence risk and compliance experience).5+ years’ experience in operational risk and compliance management.Thorough knowledge of risk management and compliance disciplinesStrong level of English proficiencyProven experience in operating effectively and delivering solutions in large complex organisations, working and influencing across teams and domains.Excellent verbal and written communication skills- including reporting and analysis. Able to work with senior stakeholder management.Exposure to documenting controls through design workshops, control reviews and/or process walkthroughs.Risk management and compliance disciplines.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Time Management and self-starter who can work independently.C.
