1. General activities:
  • Deploys plans of action for customers on his territory
  • Developing the arguments (product and services) for customers, following validated rules andinstructions
  • Development of volume and SOM on his territory
  • Analyses his dealer portfolio and qualifies the accounts according to the expected result andthe investment to be provided
  • Performance reports and circulated information (FU)
  • Make sure all the customer's transverse issues are treated( Ex: Credit, billing, supply)
  • Responsible for the level of credit, the solvency of the dealers and for the exposure of the company Control of investment in numbers of visits, time passed, budget,...
  • Consolidates market information (competition, conditions, observed prices, products, services, environtment...) and ensures a regular internal circulation
2. Other activities:
  • Sales volume and target for each customer and is able to prepare the visit based on this information
  • Sells and negotiates with dealers to reach the objectives as part of a plan: monthly, quarterly, yearly targets
  • Propose new customer opening account to his RSM
  • Manages distribution approach methodology and the partnership programs
  • Preparing margin calculation of company tires and competitors
  • Frequent communication to dealer for further actions & deployment Responsible to improve & enhance basic technical knowledge and sales skills to dealers
3. Other activities:
  • Provide country overall input as required to stakeholder in regional office in order to assist with the Account Dashboard and the development of a negotiation and contract strategy for a regional account
  • Negotiate single / multi-year customer contract that is aligned with country / entity commercial, financial and distribution strategies
  • Track daily activities in support of the Account Manager indicators of visits, customer facing time Work with the Retail and Trade Marketing Managers to develop, as needed, a Retail Marketing plan for the account
  • Responsible for the promotion, execution, customer claim and complaint, management of account receivable and collection of overdues
Job Requirement
  • More than 5 years experiences in sales or business development in a high technologycompany
  • Preferable in automotive or machinery / tools/ durable consumer goods
  • Strong in Analyst skill, sales planning and Project management
  • High level of persuasion and closing skills
  • Strong in marketing intelligent, forecast, networking, result oriented
  • Good communication in both English & Vietnamese
  • Work under pressure and non- standard working time
  • Travelling is a must
