- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organisation.
- Project Costing: Work closely with the Costing and Design departments to understand project costing, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for proposals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Travel: Be willing and able to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in project requirements and expectations. Excellent proficiency in English is required.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the steel structure manufacturing industry.
- Strong exposure to structural steel products and understanding of project costing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
