Position Overview: As the Export Sales Director, you will be a key player in expanding our market presence in Australia, America, and Europe. Your primary focus will be on structuring and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organisation.Key Responsibilities: * Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in the Australian, American, and European markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organisation.
  • Project Costing: Work closely with the Costing and Design departments to understand project costing, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for proposals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Travel: Be willing and able to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in project requirements and expectations. Excellent proficiency in English is required.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
Take the ownership of running sales department|Working directly with GM
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the steel structure manufacturing industry.
  • Strong exposure to structural steel products and understanding of project costing.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
