- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet business performance targets.
- Actively engage with customers, applying product knowledge to promote the company's offerings to both existing and potential clients.
- Foster and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requirements and inquiries.
- Take ownership to maximize the client experience.
- Ensure timely and proper payment collection.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the analytical instruments distribution industry (preferably in Material Science, Oil & Gas, or Lubricants).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to deliver compelling and effective sales and marketing presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills-including negotiation, networking, and influencing-to expand market reach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (UBS and Epicor) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
