Key Skills and Experience RequiredThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate all or the majority of the following:

At least 6 years of experience, with strong academic credentials
Must be a qualified lawyer in Vietnam or in another jurisdiction
Experience in or have great interests in employment and labor law matters, both advisory and contentious, in a law firm, consultancy or in-house environment
Aptitude and interest in business development and promotional work
Excellent proficiency in English
Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members
Both foreign and Vietnamese lawyers are welcomed to apply. Preferences would be given to Vietnamese lawyers who have obtained law degrees abroad.
