- Bachelor's/College degree in Mechanical Engineering (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
- 5+ years in production process control, strong knowledge of high-precision manufacturing, proven improvement project success, excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills,
- Proficiency in English and MS Office, familiarity with ISO 9001 and API standards.
- Analyze and map current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows using Lean/Six Sigma, implement new technologies, track KPIs, and manage improvement projects.
- Conduct weekly machining process audits, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, train staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular improvement reports and maintain high confidentiality and ethical standards.
