Process Engineer (Transformer)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in magnetic manufacturing (transformers, inductors).
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Familiar with technical drawings, mechanical design, and factory operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills (4M, 5 Why, PDCA, Pareto), teamwork, and training ability.
• Positive, cost-conscious, and capable of working independently.

• Support R&D in new product development: build samples, set up processes, review BOMs and drawings.
• Assist production: update standards, release specifications, resolve issues, and drive improvements.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects focused on quality, productivity, cost, and downtime.
• Design and optimize production processes for magnetic components (transformers, inductors).
• Train production staff on new products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve production-related problems.
