General purpose Promote, develop and coordinate: The implementation, administration and improvement of management systems of: Quality, Sustainability and Risks throughout the organization according to the required scope and defined responsibility Based on international regulations: ISO, GRS / CCS, or any other international standard required by strategic clients or other interested parties To guarantee compliance with the relevant requirements that allow the sustainability of the businesses associated with said regulations and thereby contribute to achieving the objectives established by the organization Main functions and purposes • The annual update of the Quality, Risk or Sustainability Management Systems, under their responsibility, in all the processes of the organization as applicable in order to ensure compliance with relevant international regulations and applicable legal compliance • Align context analysis, company strategy and management systems to generate value where the organization, its customers and other interested parties require it • Ensure the establishment, dissemination and understanding of the Policies and objectives that govern the Management Systems at all levels to demonstrate alignment of personnel and system processes with the defined strategic direction • Direct and Schedule the execution of internal, simple, combined or integrated audits and verifications of the management systems under its responsibility to ensure compliance and define actions aimed at continuous improvement of the system through: closing non-conformities, timely management of risks and sustaining the identified strengths • Lead, evaluate and develop the implementation of the methodology of cultural changes, through leadership in the helmsman committee and training in continuous improvement tools as well as the implementation of management systems that allows influencing the change of culture • Ensure Levels of service to our clients in relation to their information requirements on our Management systems. To timely meet your expectations and maintain your preference for the service provided • Facilitate Training for new personnel or for the different processes, on Quality, safety, Risks or sustainability management systems, as applicable To promote culture and adherence to the Systems implemented in the organization • Manage and direct Implementation teams or “TASK FORCE” of new certifications or regulations strategically required by senior management To ensure the effectiveness and conformity of the new System to the relevant standard • Monitor, analyze, control and present The efficiency indicators defined for the systems under its responsibility To generate reports to the senior management and head of Integrated Systems Management that contribute to timely decision-making and process improvement • Research, update innovative tools that allow generating disruptive improvements To ensure effective compliance with process requirements and continuous improvement of systems Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher degree • At least 1 year of experience in system management field • Good at English skills • Have planning and report writing skills • Knowledge about ISO 9001, GRS / CCS, ISO 14001 and SMETA systems
