Purpose
- Oversee the enhancement and execution of comprehensive quality, sustainability, and risk management frameworks adhering to global standards, with a focus on regulatory compliance and organizational targets.
- Coordinate annual updates of internal systems to meet international standards and legal requirements across organizational processes.
- Align strategic direction with management systems to enhance organizational value and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of policies and objectives at all levels to maintain alignment with company strategy.
- Direct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and manage risks effectively.
- Lead cultural change initiatives through training and leadership development to positively influence organizational culture.
- Maintain high service levels for client information needs to uphold their satisfaction.
- Provide training on management systems to promote adherence to organizational standards.
- Oversee implementation teams for new certifications or regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Monitor efficiency indicators to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Explore innovative tools for process enhancement and compliance improvement.
- Executive role: Responsible for coordinating policy and procedure updates for management systems, overseeing audit execution, ensuring competency, and maximizing added value.
- Management position: Coordinates policy and procedure updates for management systems, oversees resolution of audit-identified non-conformities, and implements new systems as needed.
- For Suppliers: Facilitating audits and reporting results to uphold standards and foster improvement.
- For BU Clients: Conducting audits to ensure adherence to their requirements.
- For Certification Bodies: Coordinating facility audits and managing logistics.
- For Standardization Bodies: Researching relevant regulations and standards.
- For Government Institutions: Providing consultations on legal regulations pertaining to Management Systems.
General Requirements:

- Education: University graduate or higherTechnical Skills:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001), GRS/CCS, SMETA systems
- Experience in project management, data analysis, and machinery handling (e.g., AutoCAD)Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Report preparation and presentation abilities
- Conducting internal audits and fostering effective teamwork
