Job Description
  • Follow up and monitor testing request by applicant.
  • Communicate and Co-operate with Customer and Lab to work procedure smoothly
  • Review test application & prepare worksheet for lab section
  • Distribute testing report to customers
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Deal with complaints regarding the customer feedback.
  • Monitor testing job and progress
  • Update client's requirements.
  • Cooperate with sales & finalization staffs for job proceeding.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years work experience as Customer Service Executive, preferably from 3rd party labs
  • Graduated from University or College from Textile major or Chemistry back ground is better
  • English: Reading Document, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Chinese language is of advantage
  • Patient, hardworking, careful, honest
