Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies with a significant presence in Vietnam, is looking for Customer Service ExecutiveResponsibilities:1. Perform and maintain all Item Master and set up within JDE.2. Check stock, provide pricing and delivery information on orders or potential orders.3. Manage inventory levels in the local & 3rd Party warehouse4. Check order status and expedite shipment for customers.5. Prepare purchase order and order entry within JDE. Provide such information as customer code, pricing, quantity, part number, etc.6. Handling customer's portal/SAP system for shipment of orders.7. Manual creation of documentation for import and re-export documentation.8. Coordinate drop-shipment from Div. to customers directly and liaise with freight forwarders for incoming shipment.9. Work with Field Sales to determine stock code and safety level for OEM accounts, projects, long leadtime items from Division and non-standard items if applicable.10. Managing customer's claim via Siebel. (quality, wrong item, shortage or surplus product, …)11. Collect and file all correct and necessary documents of inbound and outbound for internal and external audit.**Local Vendor Support
  • Support in sourcing local supplier for goods and services
  • Ensures the implementation of local supplier
  • Support, execute and report out on supplier reviews on contracted vendors to ensure annual compliance
  • Maintain and creation in master file for new division/vendor & customers.
**Inventory & Warehouse Support
  • Works closely with Singapore Team team and liaise with Singapore Customer Service team leads to identify regular stock products for PH Vietnam warehouse
  • Ensure and monitor replenishment levels and optimal frequency ordering levels.
  • Work closely and review weekly with Sales & Operations Manager to define MOQ levels and break box guidelines when necessary.
  • Review and support the implementation of policies and guidelines covering 3rd party logistics, inventory and warehouse operations by reviewing Parker Singapore best practices and compliance Logistics Support
  • Request inward freight shipments quotation and co-ordination.
  • Co-ordinate with 3rd party logistics and warehouse service provider, not limited to areas in custom clearance.
  • Monitor and work with division to ensure goods are delivered to Vietnam on time. • Work with forwarder to organize goods to be transported from oversea to Vietnam under reasonable way and cost.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School education/Bachelor or Business Diploma or Logistics & Warehousing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills and understand electronic processing
  • Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and processes
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts. (English & Vietnamese)
  • Must be able to work across nationalities and culture.
  • Ability to co-ordinate task effectively and exhibit excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of JDE and EDI is key
