Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Maximum Term/Fixed Term (Fixed Term)ABOUT THE JOBAs a Talent Acquisition within NAB Vietnam, you will establish yourself as a subject matter expert in this role, focusing primarily on software engineering roles, partnering, and collaborating with hiring managers and teams to bring exceptional talent to the Company. Your primary focus will be to support the technical hiring initiatives. You will work the full cycle of recruiting including source, recruit, and manage the candidate experience. You will be a partner to employees on multiple engineering teams and at varying career levels and act as a company ambassador.YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvide exceptional service and full life-cycle recruiting.Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with candidates, team members, and cross-functional team members.Proactively source candidates through various channels, build and maintain a strong network of talented candidates through market research, community building, and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad/deep range of positions.Present company and position value proposition and story in a compelling manner.Support ad-hoc recruiting activities when required.Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time​YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSAt least 2-3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition in IT SectorStrong and proven networking ability, continuously generating and driving a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates through variety of channels.Proven experience partnering and building strong, productive relationships with hiring managers.Good process thinking.Innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success, utilising various internal partners.Strong problem solving skills and proactive in forecasting/raising potential blocker to on-time delivery.Good English communicationStrong time management skills and teamworkTHE BENEFITS AND PERKSWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day – from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
