The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end recruitment activities, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience in support of Thientu BPOs growth strategy.Recruitment & Hiring

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through offer acceptance and onboarding handover

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelinesDevelop and post compelling job advertisements across appropriate recruitment channels * Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals,networking, and direct search * Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate and participate in interviews, assessments, and selection processes * Prepare and manage job offers in alignment with company policies and market benchmarksTalent Sourcing & Employer Branding

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Support employer branding initiatives to position Thientu BPO as an

employer of choiceEngage with passive candidates and nurture long-term talent relationships * Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and hiring campaigns when requiredStakeholder Management

Act as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to hiring managers

Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and candidate availabilityEnsure timely communication and feedback to stakeholders and candidatesCandidate Experience & Compliance

Deliver a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience at every stage

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to HR leadership
Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies
