- Supporting Medical Events: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing medical events, congresses, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Creating Scientific Content: Help adapt and localize scientific communication materials, ensuring they are accurate and engaging for HCPs.
- Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with the medical team to support partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare organizations.
- Field Exposure: Accompany Medical Representatives on field visits to observe how they engage with HCPs and promote our products.
- Data & Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing medical activities, including event feedback and HCP engagement, using tools like Veeva CRM.
- Final-year University students or Graduates with less than 1 year experience from Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences background.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to support medical activities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
- Passion for dermatology, medical education, and patient well-being.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Online Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to online interviews with HR and Medical Managers.
- Case Presentation & Final Interview: Final candidates present a mini case and meet with the Medical Director.
- Offer & Onboarding: Successful interns will receive an offer and onboarding details.
