- Creating Training Content: Assist in developing, adapting, and localizing scientific training materials in both digital and print formats.
- Organizing Training Sessions: Help plan, coordinate, and execute medical training workshops and events for HCPs and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge Management: Support the medical team in curating and managing training content using digital tools to ensure easy access and up-to-date resources.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with the Medical Training Manager to align on strategic training projects and ensure smooth execution.
- Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring training effectiveness and gathering feedback to continuously improve the learning experience.
- Final-year University students or Graduates with less than 1 year experience from Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences background.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills to manage training activities.
- Detail-oriented individuals capable of handling both content creation and event execution.
- Passion for dermatology, medical education, and patient well-being.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Online Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to online interviews with HR and Medical Managers.
- Case Presentation & Final Interview: Final candidates present a mini case and meet with the Medical Director.
- Offer & Onboarding: Successful interns will receive an offer and onboarding details.
