- Grow the total solution service's revenue and profitability in a sustainable way
- Drive business actions to increase the 1-1 ratio of the installed base (service to machine ratio), overhaul, connectivity, licenses... for air compressors
- Increase the service contracts for highest customer value (Extended warranty, Total Care...)
- Improve customer satisfaction, pro-actively obtaining feedback and acting adequately to customer feedback
- Drive pro-active sales, continuously develop sales competence and ability to use sales tools.
- Other sales and marketing tasks assigned by Direct Manager
- Gradudate from Technical study as priority. Other studies with sales experiences are preferred.
- 1+ year experienced in sales (already go to market, visit customers, sales process, sell values...)
- Able to communicate in English
- Base salary with full insurance contribution 13.000.000 - 20.000.000 vnd
- Variable compesnaton: 13th salary, year-end bonus, sales commission
- Own transportation for customer visits
