- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Manage sales representative to achieve sales target and company goals.
- Guide and managing sales representative team in assigned area for sales achievement.
- Support and manage teams to achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Provide solutions to align customers to boost up sell-in/Sell out.
- Find new customers in the assigned area.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports
- Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing/products/trends in the market
- Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure they are satisfied and long-lasting customers.
- Receive feedback and work on it to resolve issues
- Prefer bachelor’s or higher degree level
- Must have experience in Air conditioning, prefer having experience in Light Commercial Air Conditioning
- Prior demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.
