- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and recommend suitable visa and residency programs.
- Present and promote immigration services, ensuring clear communication of benefits and processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and market trends in Vietnam and globally.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Travel within Vietnam and occasionally internationally to meet clients and partners as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferably in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field).
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is desirable.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in immigration, education, or professional services industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally internationally.
- Knowledge of immigration processes or the visa industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid passport and ability to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
