You will lead a medium sized footwear materials factory in Vietnam. The factory is already built and in its operations. The General Manager will act as a change agent in cooperating cross functional teams and, manage internal teams, and face the external stakeholders: the buyers, local authorities, ...They key Roles and Responsibilities for this role are:

Business Strategy Planning: business plan, annual budget plan, resources planning and allocation, CSR, production lead time reduction, quality initiatives...
Factory operations and manufacturing management: Work and provide guidance to all department heads on risks management, daily operations, CSR, employee engagement
Order Fulfilment: right quality, right time, right cost
Product and Process Engineer/ Innovation
Organisation and Talent Development
P&L management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: clients, local authorities, and local communities

You will work for one of the leading company in footwear materials manufacturing|Professionals having more than 5 years experience in factory general managementThe ideal candidate is whom having:

At least 05 years experience and factory general management experience in relevant industry: textile, garment, or footwear, chemical ... manufacturing environment.
P&L management.
Strong leadership skills (across functions).
Entrepreneur mindset.
Handling pressure in a fast moving production environment
Business Results Oriented.
Relationship management.
People management.
Fluent in English.
