The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Oversee the FP&A function in building forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial strategies.Review and interpret financial data and market trends to provide strategic insights for leadership.Partner with business units to ensure financial objectives are aligned with corporate goals.Advise senior management on resource allocation and financial strategies to maximize profitability and sustainable growth.Coordinate with Group, Regional, and Country offices to drive performance and enhance margins.Prepare financial reports, investor decks, and presentations for senior stakeholders.Financial Systems & Process Optimization:Support the rollout of ERP platforms and other finance systems to streamline reporting and operations.Identify gaps and introduce automation or process enhancements to boost accuracy and efficiency.Recommend and implement new financial tools or technology where appropriate.Manage liquidity, working capital, and funding requirements to ensure business continuity.Monitor and mitigate foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risks.Risk & Compliance:Ensure finance policies and procedures comply with statutory requirements and global standards.Contribute to the design and execution of internal control frameworks consistent with international best practices.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the Accounting team on policy development, closing cycles, and compliance matters.Lead, coach, and develop finance professionals, promoting a culture of growth and continuous improvement.Define objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional teamwork.Handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by management or the Board.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of senior-level financial management experience (preferably as Head of Finance or equivalent).Background in multinational corporations and/or performance marketing/affiliate-driven businesses.Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and financial regulations.Hands-on experience with ERP and other financial management systems.Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
