- Identifying and cultivating relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations and trade laws.
- Attending trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
- A degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales within the Shrimp especially Tempura products.
- Good customers network across Japan, Eu and U.S market.
- Familiar with seafood trading nature of business.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in managing relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
